This rich body of knowledge and my experience with it has been instrumental in my approach to change and the creation of A Good Life Counseling and Coaching. Potential, curiosity, and wholeness are the foundation of my practice; and it is in this environment of openness and possibility that your awareness, acceptance, and skillfulness - your good life – develop and flourish.
